Directions
1. Step
In a mixing bowl, combine 200 ml light milk, 5 g instant yeast, 1 tbsp sugar, 5 g salt, 40 ml olive or sunflower oil, and 330–350 g flour (adjust as needed for a soft dough). Knead the dough until smooth and elastic, then cover and let it rest for about 30 minutes or until slightly risen.
2. Step
Divide the dough into 10 cm rounds and roll them out evenly. Place the rounds on a baking sheet, spread a layer of cheese spread, and sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) for 10 minutes, or until the dough is lightly golden.
3. Step
In a pan, heat a drizzle of olive oil and sauté minced garlic until fragrant. Add the chicken strips, season with salt, pepper, curry powder, and kebab or chicken seasoning, and cook until golden and fully cooked. Stir in Greek yogurt and fresh dill for added flavor.
4. Step
Top the baked bases with the cooked chicken mixture, red onion slices, and green olives. Serve warm with a side of lettuce, chopped tomatoes, and extra herbs. Enjoy your Cheesy Chicken Curry Tortilla Bake!
