  • 2 pinches salt
  • Pepper, to taste
  • 2 sausages
  • 1/4 tsp chili powder (optional)
  • Cheddar cheese

  • Ketchup & mayonnaise (for garnish)

Directions

  1. Finely chop the cabbage and place it in a bowl. Soak it in green tea water for 10 minutes. Drain the water thoroughly.

  2. In a bowl, combine the drained cabbage, egg, salt, pepper, and chili powder. Mix well.

  3. Bring a pot of water to a boil and blanch the sausages. Lightly score the sausages with a knife. Heat a pan and cook the sausages until browned. Set aside.

  4. Lightly oil a 4-cup pan over low heat and wipe off excess oil with a tissue. Pour the cabbage mixture into the pan, cover with a lid, and cook for 2 minutes. Remove the lid, press lightly with a spoon, and flip the mixture. Continue cooking, flipping occasionally, until golden brown.

  5. Lightly oil the pan again, then sprinkle cheddar and mozzarella cheese over the cabbage. Place the cooked sausages on top, cover, and cook until the cheese melts. Once melted, remove the lid, fold the mixture in half, and transfer to a serving plate. Drizzle with ketchup and mayonnaise before serving.
