Directions
1. Make Dough & First Proofing
In a large bowl, mix flour, yeast, sugar, and salt. Add warm milk and knead. Then add olive oil and knead again until smooth. Cover and proof for 1 hour in a warm place.
2. Degas & Rest
Transfer dough to a floured surface, gently press to release gas. Shape into a ball and let it rest covered for 15 minutes.
3. Fill & Second Proofing
Flatten the dough, stretch edges slightly, place mozzarella and cheddar in the center. Roll and seal. Cover and proof for another 40 minutes.
4. Baking
Preheat oven to 180°C. Bake the rolls for about 20 minutes or until golden. (Adjust based on your oven.)
