- 1 teaspoon salt
- 75 ml oil
- 6 g baking powder (approximately 1 teaspoon)

In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, salt, baking powder, and oil. Mix well until the flour absorbs the oil evenly. Gradually add the warm water and knead the mixture into a soft dough.

Divide it into smaller portions, then roll or flatten each piece into a circular shape. In a separate bowl, mix the cheese and oregano. Add this filling to the center of each dough circle.
