- 3.5 oz (100 g) mascarpone or cream cheese
- 2 medium carrots
- 1/2 cup (50 g) walnuts, chopped
- 1 cup (100 g) oatmeal
- 4.4 oz (125 g) fresh mozzarella, grated

Prepare the raisins:
Soak the raisins in hot water for a few minutes to soften them. -
