Directions
1. Step
Peel the bananas and cut them into small pieces. In a pan, melt 125 g of sugar on low heat. Add 20 g of butter and the sliced bananas, cooking for 3–4 minutes on low heat. Stir in the chopped walnuts and set aside.

In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, 70 g of sugar, a pinch of salt, and vanilla extract until well combined. Gradually mix in the seed oil, milk, flour, and baking powder. Once the batter is smooth, fold in the banana-walnut mixture and chocolate chips (if using).
3. Step
Pour the batter evenly into 12 cake tins. Sprinkle the tops with chocolate or chopped hazelnuts, if desired. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) for 35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
