- Cabbage
- Cooked rice
- Canned tuna
- Mayonnaise
- Green pepper
- Washed kimchi
- Samjang (Korean soybean paste)

Cut the cabbage into quarters and separate the leaves. Further cut each leaf into quarters. Wash the cabbage pieces thoroughly with water and place them in a bowl. Microwave the cabbage for 1-2 minutes, then transfer to another bowl to cool.

Finely chop the green pepper. Drain the canned tuna and place it in a bowl. Add the chopped green pepper and 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise, mixing well. Add an additional tablespoon of mayonnaise and mix thoroughly to create a creamy tuna filling.
