- 320 g cabbage
- 60 g potatoes
- 20 g carrots
- 40 g onion
- 4 eggs
- 100 g mozzarella cheese
- 3 tbsp cornstarch
- Salt (to taste)
- Black pepper (to taste)

Heat some oil in a pan and sauté the cabbage with ½ tsp of salt and a pinch of black pepper. Once cooked, transfer it to a bowl.

In the same pan, fry the potatoes, carrots, and onion with a little black pepper. Add the sautéed cabbage back into the pan.

In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs with the cornstarch. Pour this mixture into the pan with the vegetables, mixing well to combine.

Heat a pan with enough oil and pour half of the mixture into it. Sprinkle half the mozzarella cheese on top and fry for about 5 minutes. Flip carefully, sprinkle the remaining cheese, and fry for another 4 minutes until golden and crispy. Serve hot and enjoy!
