Directions
1. Step
Finely chop the cabbage, carrots, and half an apple. Place them in a bowl. Add 4 tbsp olive oil, 3 tbsp lemon juice, 2 tbsp allulose (or sugar), 1 tbsp whole grain mustard, and 2 pinches of salt. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly coated. Set aside.
2. Step
Butter a slice of bread on both sides. Spread cheese on top of the bread. Toast in a pan over medium heat until the bread is golden and the cheese has melted.
3. Step
Finely chop an additional 50g of carrots and 120g of cabbage. Heat a pan over medium-low heat with a drizzle of olive oil. Add the carrots and 2 pinches of salt. Stir-fry for 2 minutes. Add the shredded cabbage and 1 pinch of salt. Stir-fry for 1 minute.
