  • Milk: 30 ml

Directions

  1. In a bowl, cream 70 grams of butter for 1 minute. Add 100 grams of powdered sugar and mix for 3-4 minutes until well combined.

  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together 1 egg, 30 ml of milk, a pinch of salt, and vanilla extract. Gradually add this mixture to the butter and sugar in 3-4 batches, mixing well after each addition. Once combined, add 1 teaspoon of baking powder and 170-180 grams of flour. Mix well for 2-3 minutes, then add a little more flour if needed, and mix again until smooth.

  3. Transfer the mixture to a pastry bag fitted with a star tip with a 0.7 cm opening. Pipe the dough, forming the desired shapes.

  4. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) for 12-15 minutes until golden. Allow to cool before serving.
