- 80 g butter (melted)
- 300 g fresh blueberries
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp flour
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 90 g flour
- 50 g brown sugar
- 50 g butter
- 800 g cream cheese (Philadelphia or preferred brand)
- 190 g sugar
- 200 g full cream
- 12 g cornstarch
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 4 eggs

Crush 300 g of biscuits into fine crumbs. Mix with 80 g melted butter until well combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of a round baking pan to form an even crust. Set aside.

In a bowl, beat 800 g cream cheese, 190 g sugar, and 4 eggs until smooth. Add 200 g full cream, 12 g cornstarch, and 1 tbsp vanilla extract. Mix well. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the biscuit base.

In another bowl, mix 300 g fresh blueberries with 1 tbsp sugar, 1 tbsp flour, and 1 tbsp lemon juice. Spread the blueberry mixture evenly over the cheesecake layer.

Mix 90 g flour, 50 g brown sugar, and 50 g butter until crumbly. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for a few minutes.
