- 1½ cups (150 grams) oatmeal
- 1 cup (240 ml) warm water
- 2 eggs
- 4.2 oz (120 grams) Greek yogurt
- 1/3 cup (80 ml) vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons stevia (or your preferred sweetener)
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 apple (chopped)
- 4.4 oz (125 grams) blueberries

In a small bowl, soak the oatmeal in the warm water for about 10 minutes.
