- 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- Sesame seeds

Heat a pan with a little oil. Add the beef brisket pieces and fry for a while. Sprinkle with 2 pinches of salt and continue frying. Add 2 teaspoons of soy sauce and cook well. Season with black pepper, then remove the beef from the pan and set aside.
