Ingredients

  • 10 pieces of beef brisket
  • 2 pinches of salt
  • 2 teaspoons of soy sauce
  • Black pepper (to taste)
  • Lettuce
  • Assorted vegetables (your choice)
  • 1 bowl of cooked rice
  • 1 half-boiled egg
  • Fried garlic cloves (for garnish)
  • Seasoning Sauce (for 2-3 servings)
  • 3 tablespoons gochujang (Korean chili paste)
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • Sesame seeds

Directions

  1. Heat a pan with a little oil. Add the beef brisket pieces and fry for a while. Sprinkle with 2 pinches of salt and continue frying. Add 2 teaspoons of soy sauce and cook well. Season with black pepper, then remove the beef from the pan and set aside.

  2. In a bowl, combine the gochujang, sugar, vinegar, minced garlic, mayonnaise, sesame oil, and sesame seeds. Mix well until smooth.

  3. In a serving bowl, add the cooked rice as the base. Top with 1 tablespoon of the seasoning sauce, lettuce, fried beef, and assorted vegetables. Place a half-boiled egg on top. Garnish with fried garlic cloves and sprinkle sesame seeds for added flavor.
