  • Vegetable oil: 100 ml
  • Egg: 1
  • Milk: 200 ml
  • Baking powder: 10 g
  • Vanilla sugar: 1 tsp

Directions

  1. In a bowl, combine the egg, sugar, vanilla sugar, salt, and milk. Mix well until smooth. Add the vegetable oil and mix again until well incorporated. Gradually add the baking powder and flour (300 g), stirring continuously. If needed, add a little more flour until the batter reaches the desired consistency. Mix thoroughly.
