- 2 eggs
- 2-3 tbsp corn starch
- Fresh or frozen berries (as desired)

In a large bowl, combine 4 eggs, 200 g sugar, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Mix well until the sugar dissolves. Add 200 ml milk and 200 ml vegetable oil to the mixture, stirring until well combined. Gradually sift in 380-400 g flour and 15 g baking powder, mixing until a smooth batter forms.

Preheat your oven to 180°C (356°F). Grease a 22x32 cm baking pan or line it with parchment paper. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread it evenly with a spatula.

In a separate bowl, combine 400 g curd cheese (or yogurt), 100 g sugar, and 2 eggs. Mix until smooth. Add 2-3 tablespoons of corn starch and mix again until fully incorporated. Spoon the cheese mixture evenly over the batter in dollops. Add berries on top, spreading them evenly over the surface.
