Heat a small amount of oil in a pan over medium heat. Add 20 grams of chopped onion and sauté until softened. Then, add 200 grams of ground beef and cook until browned. Stir in 1 cup of tomato sauce, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, black pepper to taste, and parsley. Mix well. Once the beef is cooked, sprinkle some cheddar cheese on top and stir.

Transfer the cooked beef mixture to a bowl and set it aside.

Turn off the heat. In the same pan, add a small amount of oil and place a tortilla in the pan. Spread the prepared beef mixture evenly over the tortilla and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. Press down gently with your hands to ensure the toppings are evenly distributed.
