- 2 bananas

Soak 1 cup (80 grams) of walnuts in hot water for 15 minutes.

In a bowl, rinse 1/2 cup (80 grams) of cashews and 1/2 cup (80 grams) of almonds with hot water. Blend them together in a blender until smooth. Transfer the mixture to a separate bowl.

Remove the walnuts from the hot water, peel them, and blend them with the bananas in a blender until smooth.

In a large bowl, mix the cashew-almond mixture, walnut-banana blend, 1/3 cup (40 grams) of pumpkin seeds, and 2 tablespoons of unsweetened cocoa. Stir the mixture thoroughly with a spoon until well combined.
