Directions

  1. Cut the bananas into pieces. Melt the butter in a frying pan over medium heat, then add the bananas. Fry them for about 10 minutes until softened and slightly caramelized. Transfer the fried bananas to a bowl and add 150 ml of milk. Blend or mix well until smooth, then pour the mixture into a pan.

  2. In a separate bowl, mix the cornstarch with 100 ml of milk until smooth. Pour this mixture into the banana mixture in the pan. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until it thickens. Once thickened, transfer it to a bowl, cover with cling film (making sure it touches the surface to prevent a skin from forming), and refrigerate until cooled.

  3. Once chilled, whip the cream until it forms soft peaks. Fold in the condensed milk, then gently mix this with the cooled banana mixture until smooth and creamy.

  4. Divide the mixture into three serving bowls. Sprinkle cocoa powder on top for garnish. Chill before serving for the best flavor and texture.
