Ingredients

  • 1½ cups (150 g) oatmeal
  • ½ cup (120 ml) espresso coffee
  • 7 ounces (200 g) Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 3 frozen bananas
  • 3.5 oz (100 g) mascarpone or cream cheese

Directions

  1. Grind the oatmeal (150 g) in a blender until fine, then transfer it to a bowl. In a separate bowl, mix together the espresso coffee (120 ml), Greek yogurt (200 g), and unsweetened cocoa powder.

  2. Blend the 3 frozen bananas until smooth. Add the banana puree to the oatmeal mixture and combine well.

  3. Pour the mixture into a round-shaped bowl, spreading it evenly. Top with 3.5 oz (100 g) of mascarpone or cream cheese. Refrigerate for at least two hours before serving.
