  • 40 g sugar
  • 5 g yeast
  • 1 egg (60 g)

  • 350 g all-purpose flour
  • 30 g butter

Directions

  1. Peel and mash the banana in a mixing bowl. Add milk, sugar, and yeast, then mix well until combined.

  2. Add vanilla extract and all-purpose flour to the mixture. Stir until it forms a dough.

  6. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Bake the dough for 17-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
