  • 2 whole eggs
  • 50g sugar
  • Pinch of salt
  • 50g oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 120g cake flour or rice flour
  • 30g almonds, chopped
  • 5g baking powder
  • 15g cocoa powder
  • 2 teaspoons hot water

Directions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the banana, eggs, sugar, salt, oil, vanilla extract, flour, almonds, and baking powder. Mix well until a smooth batter forms.

  2. Separate 200g of the batter into another bowl. Add the cocoa powder and hot water, then mix until fully incorporated.

  3. Pour both batters separately into a baking pan. Bake at 170°C (338°F) for 15 minutes.

  4. Remove from the oven, cut the cake in half, and return it to the oven. Bake for an additional 20-25 minutes at 170°C until fully cooked.
