  • 2 eggs
  • 100 grams sugar
  • 50 ml oil
  • 50 grams melted butter
  • 200 grams flour
  • 11 grams baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • Vanilla extract (optional)
  • Handful of almonds, chopped
  • Chocolate chips (or nuggets)

Directions

  1. In a mixing bowl, mash the bananas. Add the eggs, sugar, and oil to the bananas, and mix until well combined.
