- 1 cup (240 ml) milk of your choice
- 50 g dried blueberries
- 50 g raisins
- 2 eggs
- A pinch of salt
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/3 cup (30 g) almond flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/3 cup (100 g) Greek yogurt
- 2 apples
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 50 g walnuts (chopped)

In a bowl, mix 1 cup (100 g) of oatmeal with 1 cup (240 ml) of milk. Stir and set aside to soak. Separately, soak 50 g of dried blueberries and 50 g of raisins in warm water.

Grate 2 apples and place them in a large mixing bowl. Add 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon, 2 eggs, and a pinch of salt. Mix well, then combine with the oatmeal soaked in milk and the blueberries and raisins (drained).

Add 1/3 cup (30 g) almond flour, 1 tsp baking powder, and 2 tbsp vegetable oil to the mixture. Stir until evenly combined.

Pour the mixture evenly into a 6-inch (15 cm) baking dish. Sprinkle 50 g of chopped walnuts over the top.
