  • Dumpling wrappers
  • 200g tomato spaghetti sauce
  • 150g minced beef
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 1 clove of garlic, minced
  • A pinch of salt
  • Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 egg, beaten

Directions

  1. Heat a pan with a small amount of oil. Add the chopped onion and minced beef, and sauté until the beef is browned.

  2. Stir in the minced garlic, tomato spaghetti sauce, and a pinch of salt. Cook the mixture until well combined and heated through. Remove from heat.

  3. Take a dumpling wrapper and place a small amount of the cooked mixture and shredded mozzarella cheese in the center. Fold the wrapper into a triangle, sealing the edges. Brush the top of the dumplings with beaten egg for a golden finish.
