  • ¼ cup (60 ml) lemon juice
  • ¼ cup (60 ml) vinegar
  • ⅓ cup (80 ml) olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) soy sauce
  • 5 cloves garlic (20 g), minced
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon cumin
  • 1 tablespoon oregano
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon salt (or to taste)
  • 6 chicken legs (or 1 whole chicken)
  • 1 onion (200 g), chopped
  • 500 g potatoes, diced
  • Parsley, for garnish

Directions
