Directions

  1. Combine the chicken wings, fried garlic, honey, sake, and soy sauce in a polymer bag or bowl. Mix well and let marinate for 30 minutes.

  2. Peel and thinly slice the potatoes. Arrange the slices in a small, round baking dish and sprinkle lightly with salt.

  3. Cut the zucchini, cherry tomatoes, and sausages into small pieces. Fry them in a pan until lightly browned. Add the fried vegetables and black olives on top of the potato slices.

  4. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, soy milk (or milk), salt, pepper, and consommé. Pour the mixture over the potatoes and vegetables. Top with sliced cheese. Bake in the microwave or oven at 180°C (356°F) for 40 minutes.

  5. Place the marinated chicken wings on a microwave-safe tray. Bake at 180°C (356°F) for 40 minutes, or until golden and fully cooked.

  6. Finely chop the red cabbage and mix it with 1/2 tsp salt. Let it sit for a few minutes to soften. In a separate bowl, whisk together 1/3 tsp salt, honey, mustard, vinegar, and olive oil. Add the chopped celery, softened cabbage, and walnuts. Mix well to combine.
