Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 70 ml oil
  • 60 g sugar
  • Vanillin or lemon extract
  • A pinch of salt
  • Approximately 260 g flour
  • 5 g baking powder
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 400 ml milk
  • Lemon extract or lemon zest
  • 4 apples (peeled and sliced)
  • Almonds
  • Icing sugar

Directions

  1. In a bowl, mix the egg, sugar, and lemon extract. Gradually add the oil and flour. Stir in the pinch of salt and baking powder. Mix until you get a smooth dough.

  2. Place the dough evenly into a 24 cm pie mold and create designs using a slotted spoon for texture.
