- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1.8 oz (50 g) raisins
- 1 apple
- 2 medium bananas
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 4 tbsp coconut oil
- 1/3 cup (55 g) cornmeal
- 1 tbsp baking powder

Directions

Add 3 cups (300 g) oatmeal, 1/2 tsp ground ginger, and 1/2 tsp cinnamon into a blender. Blend until the mixture is fine and set aside.

In a small bowl, rinse 1.8 oz (50 g) raisins with hot water and pat them dry with a tissue.

Peel 1 apple, cut it into quarters, and combine it with 2 medium bananas and the juice of 1/2 lemon. Blend until smooth.

In a large bowl, mix the blended oatmeal, the apple-banana mixture, and 4 tbsp coconut oil until well combined.

Add the raisins, 1/3 cup (55 g) cornmeal, and 1 tbsp baking powder. Mix everything thoroughly to form a dough.

Shape the dough into a round cake and cut it into 8 equal pieces.
