- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tbsp honey (or sugar)
- 1 tbsp jam

In a bowl, combine the sugar, vanillin, melted butter, egg, and salt. Add the oil and yogurt, then mix well. Gradually add the flour and baking powder to form a soft, pliable dough. Place the dough in the fridge to chill for 5 minutes.

Peel and chop the apples into small pieces. In a pan, cook the apples with cinnamon, butter, and honey (or sugar) over low heat for 5-6 minutes. Stir in the chopped walnuts and jam. Set the filling aside to cool.
