Directions

1. Step

Peel the apples and cut them into small pieces. Toss the apple pieces with 1 teaspoon of cinnamon and 1 tablespoon of sugar until well coated. Set aside.

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, salt, and sugar until the mixture is smooth and slightly fluffy. Gradually add the oil, milk, and vanilla extract, mixing well after each addition.

Sift the flour and baking powder into the bowl. Gently fold them into the wet ingredients until you have a smooth batter.
