Directions
1. Prepare and Boil
Chop onion, carrot, and sausage into small pieces. Cut potatoes into small cubes, add 20ml water, and microwave for 7 minutes at 700W or boil on the stove.
2. Saute the Filling
Mash the hot boiled potatoes. In a pan, heat oil and add onion, carrot, and sausage. Sprinkle 3 pinches of salt and sauté over medium heat until onions are translucent.
3. Make the Filling Mix
Mix the mashed potatoes with the sautéed veggies, mayonnaise, curry powder, and a pinch of black pepper. Form the mixture into round balls.
4. Fill the Dumplings
Place the filling in the center of each dumpling wrapper. Wet the edges and fold to seal. Lightly fry on low heat until golden brown.
5. Steam and Serve
Add a splash of water, cover the pan, and steam until the wrapper turns translucent. Serve hot.
