In a bowl, mix together: 1 egg, 60 g sugar, 1 tsp vanilla sugar, A pinch of salt, 1 tsp baking powder, 300 g cottage cheese, 100 g softened butter. Combine thoroughly until smooth.

Gradually add 250–260 g of flour to the mixture, starting with a whisk and then kneading with your hands. Add additional flour as needed to form a soft dough. Shape the dough into a ball and wrap it in a plastic bag. Let it rest for 15 minutes.

Blend 50 g of almonds in a blender until finely chopped.

Divide the dough into small portions. Roll each portion into a thin sheet. Trim the edges with a knife for clean sides, sprinkle the blended almonds on top, and roll up the dough tightly.
