- 150 g butter (at room temperature)
- 1 egg
- 100 g sugar
- 75 ml sunflower seed oil
- ½ tsp almond extract
- Pinch of salt
- About 400 g flour
- 6 g baking powder (or dessert yeast)
- 3 tbsp peach jam
- 1 tbsp water

Directions

In a mixing bowl, combine the butter, sugar, and a pinch of salt. Mix well until smooth. Add the egg, sunflower seed oil, almond extract, flour, and baking powder. Mix until a soft dough forms.

Divide the dough into small pieces. Shape each piece into a cone using a paper cone mold, and make a small hole in the center of each.

Place the prepared dough pieces on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) for 12 minutes.

While the pastries bake, mix the peach jam with 1 tablespoon of water. Once the pastries are baked and slightly cooled, fill the center holes with the jam mixture.
