  • 1 egg
  • 200 g flaked almonds
  • 80 g sugar
  • 80 g honey
  • 80 g butter
  • 130 g full cream or creme fraiche
  • 1 pinch salt

Directions

1. Step

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, almond powder, salt, and vanilla sugar. Add the softened butter and egg, mixing until a smooth dough forms. Roll out the dough into a 20 cm-wide rectangle or circle. Transfer to a baking tray lined with parchment paper and bake for 20 minutes.
