- 50 grams sugar
- 8 grams vanilla sugar
- 60 grams butter
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons chocolate spread
- 1 egg yolk + 1 teaspoon milk (for brushing)
- Powdered sugar (for garnish)

Grind the almonds in a blender until finely ground. Transfer to a bowl and mix in the sugar, vanilla sugar, and softened butter until well combined.

Roll out the puff pastry on a flat surface. Spread the chocolate spread evenly over half of the pastry. Spread the almond mixture on top of the chocolate and level it well. Fold the remaining half of the pastry over the filling. Seal the edges by pressing with a slotted spoon or fork.
