  • 70 grams of sugar
  • 150 grams of melted butter
  • Lemon or orange zest (as preferred)

  • About 350 grams of flour
  • 7 grams of baking powder
  • 50 grams of chopped almonds or walnuts
  • 1 egg yolk

Directions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine 70 grams of sugar, lemon/orange zest, and 150 grams of melted butter. Add 2 eggs, a pinch of salt, 350 grams of flour, and 7 grams of baking powder. Mix everything thoroughly until you achieve a smooth dough.
