- 300 grams of tofu
- 1/6 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp chili powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 3 tbsp corn starch

Directions
1. Step
Peel and chop the potato (220 grams) into small pieces. Squeeze and drain the excess water from the potato pieces.

Add 300 grams of tofu to the drained potatoes. Mix in 1/6 tsp of black pepper, 1/4 tsp of chili powder, 1/4 tsp of salt, and 3 tbsp of corn starch. Thoroughly mix the ingredients until a dough-like consistency forms.

Heat a generous amount of oil in a pan over medium heat.

Take a portion of the dough and roll it into small round balls. Carefully drop the balls into the hot oil with a spoon and fry for about 7 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.

Remove from oil and drain excess oil on a paper towel. Serve hot and enjoy!
