Directions
1. Step
Peel and boil 400 grams of potatoes for 15 minutes or until soft. Drain and mash the potatoes until smooth.

Finely chop 1/2 onion, 25 grams of green onion, and 2 green chilies.

In a frying pan, heat a small amount of oil. Add the chopped onion, green onion, and chilies. Saute until softened, then add 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, 1/6 teaspoon of black pepper, and 1/4 teaspoon of salt. Stir well.

Add the sautéed mixture to the mashed potatoes. Mix in 4 tablespoons of cornstarch to form a smooth dough.

Transfer the dough to a piping bag and pipe long bars. Cut each bar into 2-3 cm pieces, then deep fry in hot oil for about 9 minutes until golden and crispy.
